Eligible for return / exchange
- Product received within the last 7 days.
- Product is unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item received.
- All accessories and warranty card included.
Not eligible
- Products used, installed or damaged by the customer.
- Request made after 7 days of delivery.
- Missing original packaging, tags or accessories.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Note
Please keep your invoice and original packaging safe. Products must be unused and in original condition for a successful return or exchange.
