Eligible for return / exchange

  • Product received within the last 7 days.
  • Product is unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item received.
  • All accessories and warranty card included.

Not eligible

  • Products used, installed or damaged by the customer.
  • Request made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Missing original packaging, tags or accessories.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Please keep your invoice and original packaging safe. Products must be unused and in original condition for a successful return or exchange.
